WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed and ship within 1-2 business days.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

 Send an email to sales@noresfashion to return your order. Include your name, order number, and why the item is being returned. The customer is responsible for paying the cost to have item(s) shipped back to the seller. Notify Nore's Fashion once the item has been shipped back along with the tracking number.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

All customers will receive an email notifying them of when their order has shipped along with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our website.

 

 WHAT ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE?

All swimwear, bodysuits, clearance items are final sale. No store credit will be given.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT?

Please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed as a return. You will receive an email after the return has been processed along with your store credit amount.

 

WHY ISN'T MY COUPON CODE WORKING?

The coupon code could be expired. Send an email to info@noresfashion.com.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, notify us asap at sales@noresfashion.com. Please provide photos of the damaged item(s). Nore's Fashion will provide a shipping label so that you can send the item back. Please note that all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
